RODS AND CONES

Installation at The Cookhouse Gallery, International Arts Festival, London, 2019. 

​

Working with transparency and shadow, this triptych of panels fluctuates depending on the time of day. The patterns elongate and stretch, become short and faint. As we observe these soft silhouettes emerge, different details are revealed. Like a microscopic lens they go in and out of focus, sculpture and light become a unity before disappearing totally once the sun is down.
